Founder

Vivien Treacy founded Yoga Fit to share the joy of yoga and fitness.  With 15+ years of experience, she is Certified in Power Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt, with additional studies in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Ayurveda, Buddhism, and Psychology.  Vivien has practiced Yoga worldwide, including California, New Hampshire, Mexico, India, Greece, Sri Lanka and Colombia, and is happy to call Puerto Rico home.
